The Zen of Continuous Improvement
One of the aphorisms of Weekly Accounting is
When you put the right data in front of an empowered team they get better.
Its a simple 2×2:
You can try it other ways:
- If the team isn’t empowered, that’s just sad. The system or the boss’s ego is getting in the way.
- If you have the wrong data, then you are shooting in the dark. You might get lucky. But for an empowered team its very frustrating.
Right Data, Empowered Team
When you get it right, this is what it looks like. We’ve seen this happen at many of the companies we work with.
